Refund policy
Cancellation and Refunds
Customers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer law.
For distance contracts, consumers may generally have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to applicable exceptions. The applicable cancellation period and exceptions may depend on whether the contract concerns goods, services, or both.
Where a customer requests that a service begins before the applicable cancellation period has ended, the customer may be required to pay for services already provided where permitted by law.
Where goods are returned, the customer may be responsible for returning the goods where applicable and in accordance with the relevant cancellation rules.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit any statutory consumer rights.
[Management confirmation required: Confirm NextGen's actual cancellation, refund and installation cancellation process before publication.]
Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
If a charger is faulty or does not conform to the contract, customers retain their statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Customers should contact NextGen Charge as soon as reasonably possible if they believe a product is faulty.
